M. Mignani is the new coach: he signs until 30 June with an option to renew
On the 3rd April 2024, Palermo FC announces that it has relieved First Team coach Eugenio Corini of his duties.
The arrival of the former Bari player is official, the first training session tomorrow Michele Mignani is the new coach of Palermo.
The Viale del Fante company made it official with a statement published on its website.
“Palermo FC announces that it has entrusted the role of First Team coach to Michele Mignani. He is welcomed by the City Football Group, president Mirri and the entire Rosanero family”
It will be presented at a press conference on Friday, 5 April.
In the press release, there is no mention of the duration of the contract.
It seems that the former Bari player has signed a contract until June 30th with an option to renew in the event of promotion to Serie A.
He will lead the rosanero for the last seven championship matches and possibly the play-offs.
Tomorrow Mignani, originally from Genoa, will direct the first training session and will lead the team already against Sampdoria, on Saturday at the Renzo Barbera (4.15 pm).
